Owner, Gavin McKenzie graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration. After several years in the field with the Development company Lennar, Gavin decided to create McKenzie Construction Company and deliver his signature personalized product to businesses and residents in South Florida. Gavin has since become seasoned in all construction trades and focuses on environmentally friendly construction that minimizes effects on the eco-system. Gavin is renowned and sought after for his use of unique materials and mediums as a vehicle to create innovative products and creative carpentry.

Director of Business Development, Spencer Lewin graduated from the George Washington University 2003 with a degree in Marketing. After graduation, Spencer started Soapy Joe’s Laundry Service in Washington, DC. After expanding the company’s operations nationally, Spencer decided to sell his company and move back to sunny South Florida to pursue a career in green construction and eco friendly development. By developing and building internal teams, maximizing our operational efficiency, and creating company objectives and long term strategies, Spencer brings a wide range of skills that help us seamlessly deliver our product.
