This former plumbing supply warehouse was once a center-point for the industrial Allapattah community of Miami. In 2013, we purchased the warehouse and transformed it into McKenzie HQ. We kept the 30 foot original ceilings made of steel and wood and turned the 25,000 square foot space into a custom millwork shop and office. We adapted the space to keep the integrity of this 1930’s historic building wherever we could.
