Case Study: Top Dog Cycle Shop
McKenzie Construction proudly partnered with Miami’s favorite bike shop to complete the renovation of its new space.
Top Dog, Miami’s favorite bike shop, recently revamped their Coconut Grove facility to match their state-of-the-art service and products. The client selected a busy corner in coconut grove to open their flagship bicycle shop that prides itself on high quality repairs and maintenance. McKenzie Construction worked closely with local architect Rene Gonzalez (Gonzalez Architecture) to ensure all design details were executed in line with the client’s vision. This 1,500 SF remodel included full MEP work, a new interior layout, bamboo flooring and porcelain installations. In addition, McKenzie Construction installed all furniture and store fixtures supplied by owner’s direct supplier and coordinated all visual effects, point of sale equipment, merchandising tables and display cabinetry, audio visual equipment, graphics and signage and specialty light fixtures designed with recycled bike parts (MAD Design Group).
