A high-end oceanfront residential tower in Pompano Beach, Casamar features over 10,000 square feet of custom architectural millwork and metalwork by McKenzie Craft. Key elements include a three-story, sculptural spiral staircase with solid white oak cladding, terrazzo treads, and a Venetian plaster finish; full-height slatted oak walls; kinetic wall dividers with integrated glass; and seamless paneling across expansive lobby and amenity spaces. The minimalist design emphasizes clean lines, natural materials, and uninterrupted grain flow throughout.

MEDIA ROOM
The Media Room features custom white oak built-ins and column cladding that provide warmth and continuity within the space. Reeded glass partitions with integrated pivot doors create a distinctive entrance, balancing transparency with privacy. Minimal hardware and clean detailing support the quiet, refined design language of the surrounding amenity spaces.

CHEF’S KITCHEN
Anchored by sculptural stone countertops and seamless oak cabinetry, the Chef’s Kitchen balances utility with elegance, creating a focal point for private gatherings and event service. Just beyond, the Private Lounge extends the palette with integrated millwork, a custom bar, and built-in storage, forming a discreet yet luxurious retreat that complements the kitchen’s material richness and architectural cohesion.
